The BrewOps Gateway is the central hub that connects BrewOps sensors to the cloud. It receives sensor data via Bluetooth 5.0 and transmits it over LTE-M cellular connectivity, ensuring real-time monitoring and secure data storage.
- Automatic Setup – Just mount it, plug it in, and it configures itself.
- Long-Range Bluetooth – Communicates with sensors up to 800 feet (240m) away.
- Cellular Connectivity – Uses LTE-M with automatic carrier selection, removing the need for Wi-Fi.
- Multi-Sensor Support – Handles up to 50 BrewOps sensors per gateway.
- Weather-Resistant – IP66-rated enclosure for protection against dust and water.
- Multiple Mounting Options – Includes magnetic, zip-tie, and screw mount options.

- Secure the gateway to a wall, post, or other elevated surface using the magnet, zip-ties, or screws.
- Ensure the front of the gateway faces the BrewOps sensors for optimal signal reception.
- Connect the 5V, 2A power supply to the gateway.
- The gateway will flash red, blue, and green as it starts up.
- It will then scan for the strongest LTE-M cellular signal.

If the red light remains solid after several minutes, move the gateway closer to a window or a higher location. If the issue persists, contact solutions@brewops.com for assistance.
- When a BrewOps sensor sends data, the gateway blinks blue.
- If no blue light appears, reposition the sensor closer to the gateway.
- For best performance, keep sensors within 800 feet (240m) of the gateway.
- Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to an active outlet.
- Try unplugging and plugging it back in.
- If there are still no lights, hold the middle button for 15 seconds to force a restart.
- Move the gateway to a higher position or closer to a window.
- Verify that the LTE-M network is available in your area.
- If the issue persists, contact solutions@brewops.com.
- Check that sensors are within 800 feet (240m) of the gateway.
- Ensure sensors are powered on and actively broadcasting data.
- Try moving the gateway closer to the sensors to improve the signal.
